Most if not all elective cosmetic surgery requires payment upfront. We do offer payment plans through third party companies such as CareCredit.
How many areas can be liposuctioned during a BBL under local anesthesia?
BBL and lipo can be performed under local anesthesia, but the areas are limited and the amount of fat is limited due to the potential toxic doses of local anesthesia while maintaining patient comfort. If you are having one or possibly two small areas of lipo plus the BBL it may be doable. However, in most cases I strongly recommend having IV anesthesia during the procedure. This allows us to maximize your liposuction and BBL result while keeping you safe and comfortable.

What you are describing is a BBL or Brazilian Butt Lift. In this process we liposuction fat from your stomach, flanks and lower back and then inject the fat into your buttocks. It's a nice procedure for enhancing your buttocks and flattening your abdomen. You would need to be seen in person to evaluate if you are a good candidate for the procedure. Regarding your question about your stomach skin, it really depends on your pre-op skin quality which we can evaluate during your consultation. There are stages of healing with swelling, etc, but after you are healed your skin should feel 'normal.'
